Easy to create

Create your customised app quickly and easily in your own customer area. We are here to help, offering initial advice and taking care of your app’s basic set-up with colours, graphics and a configuration that is tailored to your needs. Before you release your app, you can check your progress at any time and share it with your team for feedback.

Custom design

Planning your programme is easy: simply drag and drop sessions in the graphic overview in your customer area. Here, you can manage speakers and other contributors along with their responsibilities. Use a Content Management System (CMS) to create interactive floor plans for rooms and exhibition stands, manage messages, integrate media and much more.

Successful release

To release your app, share a QR code or link with your participants. The app is loaded via the smartphone or computer browser and is opened by a simple click on the app icon on the home screen.
After the congress, your app is available to participants as an archive for up to 12 months.

The profiles contain the talks and sessions they take an active part in, depending on their roles. Profiles can be expanded to include photos, CVs, statements, contact options and focal points.
